The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 And there cometh not unto them any fresh admonition from the Compassionate but they are wont to be therefrom backsliders. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
