The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not. 3 Had We so willed, We could have sent down unto them a message from the skies, so that their necks would [be forced to] bow down before it in humility. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 What, have they not regarded the earth, how many therein We have caused to grow of every generous kind? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
