The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 they have indeed rejected the message. But the truth of what they laughed to scorn will dawn upon them before long. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
