The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 Perhaps you will kill yourself with grief because they do not believe. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
