The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride! 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
