3/4 Hizb 37

۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 They are always harassing us. 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
