۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So the Firaun’s people followed them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
