۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
