Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 Can you not bring him back? (Answer) if you are truthful 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 he will be welcomed with boiling water. 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
