۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 They are always harassing us. 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
