۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
