And those who disbelieve say: What! when we have become dust and our fathers (too), shall we certainly be brought forth? 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say thou: travel in the land and behold what like hath been the end of the culprits. 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 Your Lord has many favors for mankind but most of them are ungrateful. 73 And indeed your Lord knows what is hidden in their bosoms, and what they disclose. 74 And there is nothing concealed in the heaven and the earth but it is in a clear book. 75 Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. 76 It is a guide and mercy for the believers. 77 Surely your Lord will judge between them by his judgment, and He is the Mighty, the knowing. 78 Therefor (O Muhammad) put thy trust in Allah, for thou (standest) on the plain Truth. 79 Verily, you cannot make the dead to hear (i.e. benefit them and similarly the disbelievers), nor can you make the deaf to hear the call, when they flee, turning their backs. 80 Nor canst thou be a guide to the blind, (to prevent them) from straying: only those wilt thou get to listen who believe in Our Signs, and they will bow in Islam. 81 ۞ And when the Word falls on them, We will bring out from the earth a beast that shall speak to them: 'Indeed the people were not certain of Our verses.' 82
