The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe unto every slandering traducer, 1 [Woe unto him who amasses wealth and counts it a safeguard, 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 No indeed; he shall be thrust into the Crusher; 4 And what shall make thee know that which the Crushing Fire is? 5 It is the fire kindled by God 6 Which mounts directed at the hearts. 7 it closes in on them from every side 8 in columns outstretched. 9
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
