Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
for, [if they did, they would know that] the life of this world is nothing but a passing delight and a play - whereas, behold, the life in the hereafter is indeed the only [true] life: if they but knew this! 64 When they embark in the ships they call upon Allah, consecrating their faith to Him. But when He rescues them and brings them to land, they suddenly begin to associate others with Allah in His Divinity 65 And thus they may show utter ingratitude for Our favours; let them enjoy themselves for a time. But they will soon come to know. 66 Behold they not that We have appointed an inviolable sanctuary, while men are being snatched away round about them? in falsehood then believe they, and unto the favour of Allah will they be ingrate? 67 And who does greater evil than he who forges against God a lie, or cries lies to the truth when it comes to him? What, is there not in Gehenna a lodging for the unbelievers? 68 But those who struggle in Our cause, surely We shall guide them in Our ways; and God is with the good-doers. 69
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
