Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
The life of this world is nothing but sport and a diversion. It is the life of the Hereafter which is the only true life, if they but knew it. 64 When they embark upon ships, they call to Allah making their religion sincerely His; but when He brings them safe to the land, they associate others with Him 65 So that they become ingrate for that which We have vouchsafed unto them, and that they enjoy themselves; but presently they shall know. 66 Have they not seen that We have appointed a sanctuary immune (from violence), while mankind are ravaged all around them? Do they then believe in falsehood and disbelieve in the bounty of Allah? 67 And who does greater evil than he who forges against God a lie, or cries lies to the truth when it comes to him? What, is there not in Gehenna a lodging for the unbelievers? 68 We will surely guide in Our ways those who strive hard for Our cause, God is surely with the righteous. 69
