Some evidence of His existence are His creating you from clay and from that you became human beings scattered all around; 20 And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought. 21 And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the difference of your languages and colours. Verily, in that are indeed signs for men of sound knowledge. 22 Your sleeping during the night and in the day your seeking His favors are evidence (of the truth) for the people who have hearing. 23 And among His signs is that He shows you the lightning, instilling fear and hope, and sends down water from the sky, so revives the earth after its death; indeed in this are signs for people of intellect. 24 And of His signs is that the heaven and earth stand firm at His command. And when He calls you once out of the earth, you shall come forth. 25 To Him belong all who are in the heavens and all who are on the earth. All are in obedience to Him. 26 He it is Who produceth creation, then reproduceth it, and it is easier for Him. His is the Sublime Similitude in the heavens and the earth. He is the Mighty, the Wise. 27
