Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya Sin. 1 By the wise Qur'an. 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 On a Straight Way. 4 This is a revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 The Word is proved true against the greater part of them: for they do not believe. 7 We have bound their necks with fetters up to their chin, so that their heads are raised and cannot be lowered. 8 And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see. 9 Alike it is to them whether thou hast warned them or thou hast not warned them, they do not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the Reminder (the Quran), and fears the Most Beneficent (Allah) unseen. Bear you to such one the glad tidings of forgiveness, and a generous reward (i.e. Paradise). 11 It is We who bring the dead to life and records the deeds of human beings and their consequences (of continual effects). We keep everything recorded in an illustrious Book. 12
