Whomsoever We grant a long life, We reverse him in his constitution. Do they still not understand? 68 We have not taught him (Prophet Muhammad) poetry, nor does it become him. This is only a Remembrance and a Clear Holy Reading (Koran) 69 by which he may warn those who are living and may let the words of God come true against the unbelievers. 70 Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners? 71 And have subdued them unto them, so that some of them they have for riding, some for food? 72 they also have other uses in them and drinks. What, will they not give thanks! 73 They chose idols besides God in the hope of receiving help from them, but they will not be able to help them. 74 They (the appointed Gods) cannot help them; and they and their armies will come (to Us), as captives. 75 So let not their speech grieve thee. Verily We! We know whatsoever they keep secret and whatsoever they make known. 76 Does not man see that We have created him from Nutfah (mixed male and female discharge semen drops). Yet behold! He (stands forth) as an open opponent. 77 And he propoundeth for us a similitude, and forgetteth his creation; he saith: who shall quicken the bones when they are decayed? 78 (Muhammad), tell him, "He who gave them life in the first place will bring them back to life again. He has the best knowledge of all creatures. 79 Who giveth you out of the green tree fire, and lo! ye kindle therewith. 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator. 81 His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is. 82 Therefor Glory be to Him in Whose hand is the dominion over all things! Unto Him ye will be brought back. 83
