The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By those who set the ranks in battle order 1 And those who drive [the clouds] 2 and conveying [to all the world] a reminder: 3 Verily, verily, your Allah is one!- 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth, and of what between them is Lord of the Easts. 5 Behold, We have adorned the skies nearest to the earth with the beauty of stars, 6 and have protected it from every rebellious satan. 7 They cannot listen to the exalted assembly, and they are darted at from every side. 8 and driven away to suffer the necessary torment. 9 And if any is able to snatch a fragment, he is pursued by a piercing flame. 10 So ask them (that is, human beings): “Were they harder to create than the objects We created?” We created them from sticky clay. 11 (Muhammad), you will be surprised that they still mock (God's revelations). 12 and when they are admonished, they pay no heed; 13 and whenever they see some sign, they ridicule it, 14 And say, "This is nothing but evident sorcery! 15 Why - after we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 16 Or our fathers of yore? 17 Say thou: "Yea, and ye shall then be humiliated (on account of your evil)." 18 It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing. 19 And say: Ah, woe for us! This is the Day of Judgment. 20 'This is the Day of Decision, even that you cried lies to. 21
