3/4 Hizb 45

And indeed Nuh (Noah) invoked Us, and We are the Best of those who answer (the request). 75 And We delivered him and his people from the great distress, 76 and caused his offspring to endure [on earth]; 77 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 78 Peace and salutation to Nuh among the nations. 79 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 80 he was among Our believing servants. 81 Then We drowned the others. 82 ۞ And Abraham indeed was of his inducement, 83 When he came to his Lord with a pure heart, 84 when he said to his father and his folk, 'What do you serve? 85 Why do you solicit false gods instead of God? 86 What, then, do you think of the Sustainer of all the worlds?" 87 He looked up at the stars. 88 and said, "Verily, I am sick [at heart]!" 89 So they departed from him turning their backs. 90 Then he turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat? 91 What is wrong with you that you do not speak?" 92 And then he fell upon them, smiting them with his right hand. 93 Then came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him). 94 He said, “What! You worship what you yourselves have sculpted?” 95 "But Allah has created you and your handwork!" 96 They said, "Construct for him a furnace and throw him into the burning fire." 97 And they intended for him a plan, but We made them the most debased. 98 He said, 'I am going to my Lord; He will guide me. 99 "O my Lord! Grant me a righteous (son)!" 100 So We gave him the glad tidings of a forbearing boy. 101 And when he reached with him [the age of] exertion, he said, "O my son, indeed I have seen in a dream that I [must] sacrifice you, so see what you think." He said, "O my father, do as you are commanded. You will find me, if Allah wills, of the steadfast." 102 But as soon as the two had surrendered themselves to [what they thought to be] the will of God, and [Abraham] had laid him down on his face, 103 We cried unto him: O Ibrahim 104 You have fulfilled the vision." Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 105 Verily that! that was a trial manifest. 106 And We rescued him in exchange of a great sacrifice. (The sacrifice of Ibrahim and Ismail peace be upon them is commemorated every year on 10, 11 and 12 Zil Haj). 107 And We perpetuated (praise) to him among the later generations. 108 'Peace be upon Abraham!' 109 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 110 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 111 We gave him the glad news of the birth of Isaac, one of the righteous Prophets. 112 And We blessed him, and Isaac; and of their seed some are good-doers, and some manifest self-wrongers. 113
