And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
