Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
