Observe the service of prayer from the sun's declining from the meridian to the darkening of the night, and the recitation at dawn. Indeed the Recitation at dawn is palpably evident. 78 And of the night - keep the vigil therein, as an act of supererogation for thee; belike thy Lord will raise thee up in a station praised. 79 And pray: "O my Lord, let my entry be with honour, and let my exit be with honour, and grant me power from You which would help (sustain) me." 80 And say: Truth hath come and falsehood hath vanished away. Lo! falsehood is ever bound to vanish. 81 And We reveal by means of the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy unto the believers, and it only increaseth the wrong-doers in loss. 82 And when We bestow favor on man, he turns aside and behaves proudly, and when evil afflicts him, he is despairing. 83 Say: Every one acts according to his manner; but your Lord best knows who is best guided in the path. 84
