THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
