We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
