Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." 66 Say: “This is a tiding of tremendous import 67 [how can] you turn away from it?" 68 (Tell them): “I had no knowledge of the High Council when they were disputing. 69 Naught is revealed unto me except that I am a warner manifest. 70 When thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to create a mortal out of mire, 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 Then the angels bowed before him in a body, 73 save Iblis: he gloried in his arrogance, and [thus] became one of those who deny the truth. 74 He said: O Iblis! What hindereth thee from falling prostrate before that which I have created with both My hands? Art thou too proud or art thou of the high exalted? 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 Said [Iblis]: "Then, O my Sustainer, grant me a respite till the Day when all shall be raised from the dead!" 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 Till the appointed day." 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 This is nothing but an Admonition for all people the world over. 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
