Say (unto them, O Muhammad): I am only a warner, and there is no Allah save Allah, the One, the Absolute, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 From which you turn away. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 (Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay". 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 except Iblis who puffed himself up with pride and became a disbeliever. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 He said: "I am better than he. You created me from fire, and him from clay." 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 And verily My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Requital, 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 He said, "By Your Glory, I shall seduce all of them (children of Adam). 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 This is only a warning for mankind. 87 You will come to know its truth in time." 88
