Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; the Almighty, the Forgiving' 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 [how can] you turn away from it?" 68 I had no knowledge of the higher Assembly when they discussed it among themselves. 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 The Lord said: “O Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself before him whom I created of My Two Hands. Are you waxing proud, or fancy yourself to be too exalted?” 75 He replied: “I am nobler than he. You created me from fire and created him from clay.” 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 And indeed, upon you is My curse until the Day of Recompense." 78 He said: My Lord! then respite me to the day that they are raised. 79 Said Allah, “You are therefore among those given respite.” 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 (Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong, 82 Except, among them, Your chosen servants." 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 That I will most certainly fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all. 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 This is nothing else but a reminder to all the worlds, 87 And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time. 88
