(Muhammad) say, "I am only a warner. The only Lord is God, the Almighty. 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; the Almighty, the Forgiving' 66 Say, “That is a great tidings.” 67 [how can] you turn away from it?" 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted chiefs when they contended: 69 'Only this has been revealed to me: that I am to give warning plainly and publicly." 70 Your Lord said to the angels, "I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 And the angels did obeisance, all of them, 73 Saving Iblis; he was scornful and became one of the disbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 (Iblis) said: "I am better than he: thou createdst me from fire, and him thou createdst from clay." 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 He said: My Lord! then respite me to the day that they are raised. 79 Answered He: "Verily, so [be it:] thou shalt be among those who are granted respite 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 Save Thy bondmen among them Sincere. 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 That I shall fill hell with thee and with such of them as follow thee, together. 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
