BEHOLD, We shall indeed succour Our apostles and those who have attained to faith, [both] in this world's life and on the Day when all the witnesses shall stand up 51 The excuses of the unjust will be of no benefit to them on that day. They will be condemned to live in a most terrible abode. 52 We surely guided Moses and made the Children of Israel the heirs of the Book 53 as a [means of] guidance and a reminder for those who were endowed with insight: 54 So persevere; the promise of God is true; and seek forgiveness for your sins, and chant the praises of your Lord evening and morning. 55 Verily those who dispute regarding the Signs of Allah without any evidence that might have come to them, nothing but vain pride fills their hearts. Yet they shall never be able to satisfy the pride with which they are puffed up. So seek refuge with Allah. Verily He is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. 56 The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed greater than the creation of mankind, yet most of mankind know not. 57 Not equal are the blind and the seeing man, those who believe and do deeds of righteousness, and the wrong-doer. Little do you reflect. 58 The Hour will indeed come; there is no doubt about that. Yet most people do not believe. 59 And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! Those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islamic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" 60
