Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like dregs of oil; it shall boil in (their) bellies, 45 As does boiling water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 Indeed, this is what you used to dispute." 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 among gardens and springs, 52 Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, 53 We shall unite them to maidens with big black and white lovely eyes. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That is the supreme triumph. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 So be watchful, they too are watching. 59
