Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 Is the food of the sinners. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of hot water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour the punishment of boiling water over his head, 48 Taste thou! thou art indeed mighty, honoured! 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They will not taste death again in it, except their former death; and Allah has saved them from the punishment of fire. 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
