Q (Qaaf)

Qaf. By the glorious Qur'an. 1 Aye! they marvel that there hath come unto them a warner from among themselves; so the infidels Say: this is a thing wondrous! 2 When we are dead and have become dust (shall we be brought back again)? That would be a far return! 3 We already know how much of them the earth takes away: With Us is a record guarding (the full account). 4 Aye! they belie the truth when it cometh unto them; wherefore they are in an affair confused. 5 Do they not look at the sky above them?- How We have made it and adorned it, and there are no flaws in it? 6 We spread out the earth and set upon it solid mountains and We brought forth from it all kinds of delightful plants, 7 as a lesson and a reminder to every penitent worshiper. 8 And We send down blessed water (rain) from the sky, then We produce therewith gardens and grain (every kind of harvests) that are reaped. 9 And high date-palms with lush fruit. 10 As a provision for our bondmen; and therewith We have quickened a dead land. Even so will be the coming forth. 11 Denied before them (i.e. these pagans of Makkah who denied you, O Muhammad SAW) the people of Nuh (Noah), and the dwellers of Rass, and the Thamud, 12 Ad, the Pharaoh, Lot, 13 And the Dwellers of the Woods, and the people of Tubb’a; each one of them denied the Noble Messengers, so My promised punishment proved true. 14 So did We tire by creating the first time? Rather they doubt being created again. 15
