3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
We verily created man and We know what his soul whispereth to him, and We are nearer to him than his jugular vein. 16 and the two recording angels are recording, sitting on the right and the left: 17 whatever phrase he utters, an observer is present. 18 The trance of death will come revealing the truth: that is what you were trying to escape. 19 And the trumpet blast will sound: It would be the Day of Doom. 20 And there shall come every soul therewith shall be a driver and a witness. 21 You were heedless of this, but now We have removed your veil, so your sight today is sharp. 22 And his companion will say: 'This is that which I have present' 23 (It will be said): 'Indeed, cast into Gehenna (Hell) every deviating unbeliever, 24 forbidder of good, transgressor and doubter, 25 who set up with God another god; therefore, you twain, cast him into the terrible chastisement.' 26 ۞ His companion will say: "O Lord, I did not lead him to wickedness, but he was himself far astray." 27 He shall say, 'Dispute not before Me! For I sent you beforehand -- the threat. 28 The word will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants." 29

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
