And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 Those who do wrong will indeed come to the same end as their fellows (of old). So let them not ask Me to hasten (the punishment). 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
