And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So turn your attention away from them; you shall incur no blame. 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I seek no livelihood from them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
