And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
