We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 We have created everything in pairs so that perhaps you may take heed. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
