And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. 41 but they rejected all Our miracles. So We seized them in the way that a Majestic and All-powerful One would. 42 Are your infidels better than these? Or is there an immunity for you in the Writs? 43 Or do they say: “We are a strong legion, strong enough for victory?” 44 Anon will their multitude be vanquished, and they will turn the back. 45 Rather, the Hour is their encounter. And that Hour will be most calamitous and bitter. 46 The evil-doers are victims of error and madness. 47 The Day they will be dragged in the Fire on their faces (it will be said to them): "Taste you the touch of Hell!" 48 We have created everything in due measure; 49 and Our ordaining [a thing and its coming into being] is but one [act,] like the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? 51 And everything they have wrought is in the Writs. 52 And every small and great [thing] is inscribed. 53 Indeed the pious are amidst Gardens and springs. 54 In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability. 55
