▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 49 In the two gardens there will be two flowing springs. 50 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 51 In both of them are two pairs of every fruit. 52 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 As though they are jacinth and coral. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 59 Can any thing else be a response to a favor but a favor? 60 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 63 Both inclining to blackness. 64 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 65 In [each of] these two [gardens] will two springs gush forth. 66 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 69 In them are women of good behaviour and gorgeous faces. 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 [There the blest will live with their] companions pure and modest, in pavilions [splendid] 72 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 73 untouched by jinn or mankind before. 74 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 75 They shall be reclining on green cushions and splendid carpets. 76 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, full of majesty and beneficience. 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
