▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens. 46 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 47 abounding in branches -- 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 Therein are two running fountains. 50 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 51 In both of them there will be every kind of fruits in pairs. -- 52 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 53 (The dwellers of Paradise) will recline on couches lined with silk brocade and it will be easy to reach the ripe fruits from the two gardens. 54 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 55 In them maidens with averted glances, undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 56 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 57 [There will be] maidens as fair as corals and rubies. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 59 Is the reward for good [anything] but good? 60 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 61 And beside these there shall be two Gardens. 62 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 63 dark green in color. 64 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 67 In both are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 68 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 Fair ones reserved in pavilions - 72 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 73 No man or jinn ever touched them before. 74 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 75 [They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets. 76 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78
