BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 47 With spreading branches; 48 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 49 In each of the two Gardens are two flowing springs. 50 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 51 In both these is a pair of every fruit. 52 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 55 Therein are maidens of modest gaze, whom neither a man nor a jinn had ever touched before them. 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 As if they were rubies and coral. 58 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 59 Is there any reward for good other than good? 60 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 61 And besides these shall be two gardens -- 62 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 63 green, green pastures -- 64 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 65 In them will be two gushing springs. 66 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 67 therein fruits, and palm-trees, and pomegranates -- 68 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 71 Pure ones confined to the pavilions. 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 [companions] whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 74 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 75 [They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets. 76 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 77 Blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious! 78
