The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the great event comes to pass, 1 Then none will be able to deny its occurrence. 2 (it will) abase (some) and exalt (others). 3 This will happen when the earth is shaken, shaken 4 The mountains bruised and crushed, 5 they will become like dust scattered around. 6 [on that Day] you shall be divided into three groups. 7 Those of the right hand -- how (happy) will be those of the right hand! 8 And (then) those on the left hand; what of those on the left hand? 9 As for the Foremost, they will be the foremost! 10 These will be those Nearest to Allah: 11 In the Gardens of Pleasure, 12 A large group from the earlier generations. 13 And a few from those of later times. 14 On lined couches, 15 Reclining thereon facing each other. 16 immortal youths going round about them 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of limpid drink. 18 Unheady, uninebriating; 19 And fruit that they prefer 20 and the flesh of birds, as they desire. 21 and there shall be wide-eyed maidens, 22 like hidden pearls, 23 shall be their recompense for their deeds. 24 There they shall hear no idle talk, no cause of sin, 25 All talk will be sound and upright. 26 As for the people of the right hand, how happy they will be! 27 (They will be) among thornless lote-trees, 28 And acacia covered with heaps of bloom, 29 and spreading shade 30 And water gushing, 31 And abundant fruit, 32 unfailing and not forbidden. 33 And raised couches. 34 Perfectly We formed them, perfect, 35 having resurrected them as virgins, 36 Devoted [to their husbands] and of equal age, 37 For the sake of the companions of the right hand. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
