۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
