۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 right before your very eyes? 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
