Verily, for the Righteous, are Gardens of Delight, in the Presence of their Lord. 34 Shall We then treat the (submitting) Muslims like the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists and disbelievers, etc.)? 35 What has come upon you that you judge in such a wise? 36 Or have you a book wherein you read, 37 surely in it you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or, have you an oath from Us that stretches to the Day of Resurrection (if so) you shall surely have what you judge! 39 Ask thou of them, which of them will stand surety for that! 40 Or have they other gods? Then let them bring their other gods if they are truthful 41 Remember the Day whereon the shank shall be bared and they shall be called upon to Prostrate themselves, but they shall not be able. 42 Downcast will be their looks; abjectness will overspread them. Surely they had been called upon to prostrate themselves while yet they were whole. 43 So leave Me, [O Muhammad], with [the matter of] whoever denies the Qur'an. We will progressively lead them [to punishment] from where they do not know. 44 I shall give them respite, however, My plan is so strong that they will never be able to escape from it. 45 Or, do you ask them for a wage, so that they are burdened with debt? 46 Or that the Unseen is in their hands, so that they can write it down? 47 Then be patient for the decision of your Lord, [O Muhammad], and be not like the companion of the fish when he called out while he was distressed. 48 and who cried (for help) to his Lord, while imprisoned and helpless inside the fish. Had it not been for a favor from his Lord, he would have been left out in the open, deserving blame for his shortcomings. 49 But his Lord exalted him, and included him among His righteous servants. 50 And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: Most surely he is mad. 51 When it is naught else than a Reminder to creation. 52
