Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But no; I swear by what you see, 38 and what you do not see 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 [it is] a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds. 43 Had he attributed falsely any words to Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 And indeed, We know that among you are deniers. 49 But truly (Revelation) is a cause of sorrow for the Unbelievers. 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
