Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And that which you do not see. 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 nor is it the work of a soothsayer but only a few of you take heed. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
