Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

But no; I swear by what you see, 38 and what you do not see 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
