But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And what you do not see 39 This Qur’an is the speech of Allah with a gracious Noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect! 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We should certainly seize him by his right hand, 45 Then We would certainly have cut off his aorta. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 And He, He is indeed the ultimate Reality. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
